A. Speakers

Serial and model numbers of speaker systems can be located either on the subwoofer of multi channel systems or on the back of the speaker unit on stereo-systems.

If the serial and model numbers cannot be found on the speakers, they can also be found on the packaging boxes.

B. Earphones, Headphones and Headsets

Serial numbers of these products can be located on the product itself or on the box that it originally shipped with or on the user guide.

The serial numbers of the headphones and headsets can be located on one of the sides of the earcup after removing the earpad.

C. Creative products with embedded serial numbers

Some Creative products with embedded serial numbers that can be retrieved via software.
