Custom driver, firmware and application updates are accessible via in-app (within the Creative app). Therefore, it is recommended to install the Creative app first to get all the updates.
Before installation, ensure that your PC meets the following minimum system requirements:
- Intel® i3 or AMD® equivalent processor
- Intel, AMD, or 100% compatible motherboard
- Microsoft® Windows 11, 10 32/64-bit Ver 1903 or higher
- > 4 GB RAM
- > 4 GB of free hard disk space
- Available USB-A port (a USB-A to C adapter can be used, not included)
- PC must meet the minimum hardware requirements to operate on the Windows OS installed.
1. Download the Creative app from this link. Double-click the installer and follow the instructions.
2. Select a setup language.
3. To continue, you must accept the agreement and click Next.
4. Select a Destination Location and click Next.
5. Click Install to start the installation process.
6. Click Next to proceed.
7. Alternatively, you can tick the check box to launch the application when you click the Finish button.
Application update:
When an app update is available, you will be prompted if you want to install the update. Make sure that your PC is always connected to the internet.
Firmware update:
When a firmware update is available, you will be prompted if you want to install the update. Make sure that your PC is always connected to the internet.
Driver update prompt:
When a driver update is available, you will be prompted if you want to install the update. Ensure that your PC is always connected to the internet.
You may also click on Check Now or Install Now under Settings > Device > Driver to install the custom driver.
Custom driver installation:
1. Select a setup language. Click Next.
2. To continue, you must accept the agreement and click Next.
3. Select a Destination Location and click Next.
4. Make sure Audio Driver under Full installation is selected. Click Next.
5. Review your settings. Click Install.
6. Restart your PC when prompted.
Successful installation will show the following modules in the Creative app.
